At the start of your journey, you will be introduced to your dedicated project manager. Your project manager will oversee each stage of your kitchen design, build and installation and is your main point of contact.
Only a phone call away, your project manager is on hand to answer any questions and provide support.
You can visit our Lutterworth showroom or book a consultation with one of our experts. On this first visit, we’ll gather a brief of what you want to achieve in your project, your budget, time frames and design likes and dislikes.
At your showroom appointment, we will arrange a time to pop out and complete a site survey which will be within a week.
Now we’ll come and visit you! Our designers will complete a full survey of your room and record the dimensions. Everything is bespoke and made to fit perfectly into the space.
We’ll then create your tailor-made, detailed 3D design so you can get a real feel for your new kitchen. Once this is complete, we’ll invite you back to our showroom and present the visuals.
Here, we will take on your feedback and adjust the design until you’re 100% satisfied with the result up to a maximum of three revisions.
Finally, we’ll produce a written quotation based on the agreed designs and specification.
Then its time to book you in!
