A Kitchen for Living & Gathering — Fauld, Staffordshire

Fauld Manor.

Each project begins with a conversation and ends with a space that feels settled, lived-in and quietly confident.

This kitchen was designed to sit at the centre of family life — a space for cooking, gathering, conversation and everyday moments.

  • The deep blue island anchors the room, providing generous workspace and a natural place to gather, while the surrounding cabinetry is painted in a soft, muted grey to keep the space calm and balanced.

Natural materials were chosen throughout — from the timber details to the understated hardware — bringing warmth and texture without drawing attention away from how the room is used.

Small, thoughtful details make the space feel personal: a window seat for quiet morning coffee, dedicated drawers for family pets, and storage designed around how the household really functions.

  • Cabinet Style: Classic In-Frame Shaker

Colours: Farrow & Ball ‘French Grey’ & ‘Drawing Room Blue’

    Workstop: Caesarstone ‘Moorland Fog’

All cabinetry was handcrafted in our workshop using traditional joinery techniques, including dovetail drawers and carefully finished interiors designed to age beautifully over time.

This is a kitchen made to be used daily — robust, considered and quietly confident.
